I will customize a program that fits your specific goals and your lifestyle. If you’re local to LA, we can train in person or in a group setting to create more excitement and healthy competition. If you are outside of LA, we can meet live online.
I have different program packages depending on your goals. They range from personal one-on-one nutritional coaching and fitness training to fun, high energy group workout classes.

FITNESS FIT: FREE 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION
My goal is to become your go-to resource and pillar for fitness. During this time, we’ll talk about what you’d like to accomplish, and I’ll show you how I can help you get there. Overall, we can see if we’re a good fitness fit. We’ll discuss your short- and long-term goals as well as your eating habits so I can get a good understanding of your lifestyle to help you reach your goals. Everyone’s needs are different, and the same approach does not work for every person. I am committed to helping you change your habits so that you can maintain long-term peak fitness.

14-DAY RESET: INTRODUCTORY FITNESS TRAINING & NUTRITION COACHING
I’ll help you form new fitness and nutrition habits to reset your body and develop healthy routines in two weeks.
Comprehensive fitness assessment (body composition and posture assessments)
Meal preparation, recipes and customized meal plans
One one-hour training session per week (two total), plus personalized fitness plan for each week with accountability of workouts
One-on-one or pod-based fitness and personal training

We’ll discover how to reset your world – from food to fitness – so you feel empowered and energized. The Allset program combines the Foodset nutrition coaching program with 2 sessions of personal training per week at a discounted rate. Additional training sessions are also available at a discounted rate.
